Bhupenddra Singh Raathore (BSR Sir) is a motivational speaker, career coach & trainer. BSR Sir is also an author,corporate trainer,entrepreneur and a founder of a NGO focusing on social upliftment and support toward the underprivileged. He is the first Indian motivational speaker who was invited to the United Nations as a keynote speaker. NSS BIT Mesra organised a webinar titled "How to focus on goals and Stress Mangement" on 26th June. BSR Sir was the speaker of this webinar. He gave us valuable insights regarding goals in life. Some of the key points were -

  • Always have a goals in life(both short term and long term goals)
  • Keep reviewing the actions you are taking towards achieving these goals
  • Always have a schedule and routine for each day. Having a schedule keeps us focused and occupied.
  • Start meditation. It is very beneficial for our mental wellbeing and it helps us stay calm and focused.
This webinar was very helpful to students especially because of how disturbed all of us were because of the COVID pandemic.
