NSS, BIT MESRA organised “Prabhat Pheri” and hoisted the Tricolour, on the occasion of 76th Independence Day, Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav on 15th of August, 2022 at 6:00 A.M., It started from main building of the campus and had a participation of over 300 volunteers. It began with a huge sense of enthusiasm by the crowd and faculty members as they had the aim of marching throughout the campus with a tricolour in their hands and shouting slogans. This was started after meeting Dr. Indranil Mannna, Vice Chancellor. The program had an aim to spread the message of patriotism in the residents of the campus along with various other topics including cleanliness, nationalism, education. Prabhat Pheri ended successfully under the guidance and supervision of Dr. Indranil Manna, Vice Chancellor, Dr. Bhaskar Karn, Dean of student affairs, Dr. O. P. Pandey, Program Coordinator. Thus, Prabhat Pheri was conducted successfully witnessing energetic and enthusiastic participation of the volunteers, and the revered presence of our faculty members and dignitaries.
