"Pravad" a debate competition was organized by NSS, BIT Mesra on the 14th of August 2021, to celebrate India's 75th Independence Day and also to acknowledge the long struggle and sacrifice that preceded the freedom we enjoy. It consisted of two rounds: Round 1 and Round 2. The medium of the speech was Hindi and English, with a time limit of two minutes & thirty seconds each. Twenty finalists were selected from Round 1 based on creativity, speech delivery style, facts, and expressions. In Round 2, the speakers were categorized as For and Against groups. After a nail-biting debate competition, winners were declared. The event was a great success with the combined effort of all the NSS executive members.
